1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling a student in Thipe Youth Golf Academy or using our website, parents, guardians, and participants agree to abide by these Terms of Service, academy rules, and safety regulations.
2. Enrollment & Fees
All training program enrollments require completed registration forms and agreed payment schedules prior to starting sessions. Fees are due at designated intervals. Canceled sessions due to adverse weather will be rescheduled where feasible.
3. Facility Rules & Equipment
Students must handle academy and golf course equipment with care and respect venue rules at host courses. Participants are expected to arrive in appropriate athletic gear and golf footwear.
4. Liability & Medical Authorization
While TYGA maintains stringent safety standards during all drills and games, golf involves physical activity. Parents or guardians acknowledge inherent risks associated with sports training and authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary.
5. Modifications
TYGA reserves the right to adjust schedules, coaching staff assignments, or program structure to best suit operational requirements and junior development goals.
